Scheduling & Preparation
Once you approve the quote, we schedule your job at a convenient time—we’ll remind you to move vehicles and clear the driveway 24–48 hours in advance
Edging & Trimming
We trim grass and vegetation on driveway and along edges for clean lines—oil spots and stains are primed with a special oil-spot primer to prevent bleed-through
Power-Cleaning & Debris Removal
We blow or sweep away all dirt, leaves, grass, and loose debris—for tougher buildup, we may use power brooms or pressure washing to ensure the surface is completely clean
Crack Filling & Patch Repair (Optional Add-Ons)
We fill all cracks with rubberized hot tar to prevent water infiltration—small potholes are cleaned, primed, and patched with high-quality asphalt material, then compacted for a smooth, level surface
Premium Sealcoating
We apply one coat of high-grade polymer modified asphalt emulsion sealer—edges are hand-brushed for precision, and the main area is sprayed or squeegee-applied for even coverage—we add sand additive for better traction if requested
Drying & Curing Time
We block off the freshly sealed areas with cones or caution tape—drying typically takes 24–48 hours (weather dependent)—no walking or driving during this time to avoid marks or damage
Final Cleanup & Walkthrough
We remove all equipment, materials, and debris—leaving your property cleaner than we found it—then send you before-and-after photos (taken at the start and completion of the job) so you can see the transformation
